Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking a safari or tour with Wild Pawprint Safaris. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following conditions.
Bookings & Confirmation
All itineraries are tailor-made and provided as quotations. A booking is confirmed only once the agreed deposit is received in full. We do not hold dates or lodge spaces without a deposit.
Payments
We accept bank transfer and mobile money. Full payment is required before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are quoted in the currency specified on your invoice and are valid for the stated period.
Cancellations & Refunds
We do not offer refunds on deposits or full payments once a booking is confirmed. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, travel restrictions or changes in personal circumstances. We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
Changes to Itineraries
Wild Pawprint Safaris reserves the right to modify an itinerary due to weather, park conditions, lodge availability, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, we will offer a reasonable alternative of equal value.
Travel Insurance
It is the traveller's responsibility to arrange adequate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, personal belongings and trip interruption before departure. We are not liable for costs arising from failure to obtain appropriate insurance.
Health & Fitness
Travellers must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies or mobility requirements prior to booking. Some activities require a reasonable level of fitness. We are not responsible for health issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
Liability
Wild Pawprint Safaris acts as an agent for lodges, camps, transport providers and activity operators. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for their acts, omissions or failures. Participation in safari activities is at the traveller's own risk.
Photography & Media
We may take photos during trips for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such material, please notify us in writing before the trip begins.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, the courts of Kenya.
