FAQ

Mt Kenya — common questions

How fit do I need to be?
If you can hike 6–7 hours a day on hilly ground, you can do this. We pace the ascent for altitude.
Will I get altitude sickness?
Symptoms are common above 4,000m. We build in acclimatisation days and carry oxygen.
